Some say that visualization is a powerful tool for achieving all that you desire. Hence, we have been sitting here and visualizing the blooming of colorful tulips, lilies, daffodils and pansies opening their buds on our lawn to shine in the spring breeze.

But before we get to see those colorful petals, we need to organize the Spring Collection of new arrivals. Style Up: Lucky Fire Rooster 2017

Can you believe we are heading full blast ahead into 2017? It was just this time last year that we were discussing lucky colors. If you wore the Feng Shui colors we suggested then, you must be having quite a prosperous year and looking forward to more truffles and champagne for an even sweeter and sexier 2017!

For those that don't know (and in my opinion this is a science, so lots to read up on), energy can be explained using various colors. The reason for this is that we cannot see energy, but we can see colors and so if you think of energy as a foreign language, a way to translate this language into some form of communication that we can understand is through colors. These colors represent various kinds of energies, and how they effect us on a daily basis is important. 2017 is considered to be the year of the fire rooster and the energy of this special bird is represented by the colors of red and gold (or yellow). The rooster signifies the fire element, so wearing various other colors within the red and gold family is also considered lucky.

Speaking of other lucky colors, here are some of them for 2017:

Orange
Purple
Magenta (love this color!)
Pink

Interestingly, Feng Shui tells us that wearing colors from the wood element is also lucky because the wood element creates the fire element. Here are the lucky colors corresponding to the wood element:

We are definitely all about fashion here and I am pleased to say that politics is not our forte. With that said, this November 8th, whether you are into politics or not, the mere fact that you live in the United States has got you talking about the election and even more so wanting it to be over at last! Of course we share this view and wanted to lighten your spirits by helping to look at the real most meaningful candidate to elect: style. Elect the chicest, most sophisticated, elegant and sexiest style ever. Remember that no one has your back the way a wool sweater does in the winter or a Ponte Roma suit does at the workplace and a silk dress at an evening gala. Who cares about those Republicans and Democrats when we have dresses that never lie flat and are always loyal to our party! Let's vote to enrich our wardrobe, to brighten our bodies and to flatter our curves. At the end of the day, looking at ourselves in the mirror and seeing true beauty while owning up to our own sense of style is what will make our soul happy. After all, isn't it the founding fathers that said: "A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined"? Let's arm ourselves with tasty tunics, delicious dresses, luscious leggings while always keeping in mind that discipline begins at home on our walk-in closets adorned with unique European designer wear that only can be found on Wild Curves!
