Fall’ing In Love Forever
We have a secret that is so big, so beautiful and so brilliant that we can’t keep it quiet any longer! Les Fees Du Vent has made a grand entrance on the world’s Fashion Stage and has appeared wearing a new even more magical style than ever. Cecile, LFDV’S master artist and creative clothing chef has transformed this already fairy tale like fashion into wearable works of art exclusively for Wild Curves – are you getting hungry yet to learn what inspired this scrumptious style? We know your appetite is sizzling and your thirst is drizzling to know more. So, bon appetite dress-a-licious divas – the main course is filled with the tastes of Van Gogh, the tales of Tolstoy’s “Anna Karenina” and the elegance of Paris’ most renowned Cathedral: Notre Dame while induced with seductive sides of Victor Hugo’s romantic and medieval themes.
This entire nouvelle couture collection is even more enhanced to providing the most optimal fit for all women of all calibers and shapes. The material has been upgraded to 500+ thread count of cotton, thus creating even clearer and crispier colors to magnify all designs and hand-made appliques on the fabric.
All of the new collections for the Fall/Winter season have been uniquely named and we know you can’t keep your curiosity contained any longer, so here it is!
Arianne Collection is all about: Medieval Romance . This means you will see dresses, tunics and pants with hand-made flower appliques, lace on the waist and at the hem as well as images of the Notre Dame Cathedral uniquely positioned on the garments. All of these enhancing features are placed in just the right spots on your bodacious bodies to create the sexiest of spotlights for every curvy angle!
As you can see, the hues here are hot and very appealing in shades of gorgeous greys, bold blues, natural greens, pale yellows, coffees, and of course sugar whites and classique blacks.

Chrystee Pharris discloses her style secrets
Our style speculation into the fashion passions of Actress Chrystee Pharris is over! The star of the upcoming flick The takeover sat down with Wild Curves in an exclusive interview about why she is so in love with our own French brand Les Fees Du Vent (translated: “fairies of the wind”)! If you don’t already know, this parisian couture was born in 2009 with the vision of a female designer that wanted to make fairy tale magic come alive through her textile creations! An award winning stylist, Cecile Farkas Moritel produces 10 flirtatious and poetic motifs for each season with only such materials as chiffon, cotton, and silk. All of Cecile’s concepts come from favorite writers and their novels as well as famous places. Leo Tolstoy and his Anna Karenina, renowned boudoir and lingerie designer Chantal Thomass, the Notre Dame Cathedral, just to name a few, have all been used as inspiration for the many provocative pieces of the acclaimed designer behind the bewitching style brand: Les Fees Du Vent!
Q: How did you discover LFDV?
A: I flew to Germany back in 2009 to do an autograph signing for Scrubs and then flew to Paris to attend Who’s Next Paris Porte De Versailles. There were many designers, but when I passed the LFDV booth, it really struck my eye. I remember thinking, ‘Wow! I have never seen anything like it! I have to have it on my body for my Red Carpet events!’
Q: What do you love about this designer?
A: It’s unconventional, unique, and the detail in the stitching is amazing. I love that the designer takes the time to hand-design each piece. The effort that it takes to design each item and the passion just makes it so brilliant. The colors and the vibrance make me happy to wear it. I feel happy because I always get complemented on my outfits wherever I go!
Q: What do you think sets LFDV apart from other brands?
A: I think in addition to its creative design, this brand is unique because it’s a style that’s for everyone. All people can wear LFDV no matter their age or shape. In my family there are big women and they all look beautiful in LFDV. You have to give them props for that. They are not just sewing for petites or for plus size, but for all sizes. It’s important that we celebrate women of all ages, shapes and sizes and this brand, unlike many others, does this.
Q: Do you have a favorite item made by LFDV?
A: All their summer and winter outfits and coats. Their jewelry and purses are slamming. Makes you think twice about buying other designer brands. They match their bags and jewelry with the details on the outfits, so it’s a a complete dressing match. I love their purses and the best part it’s not crazy expensive. Love their stuff! Not just the dresses, but the bags and jewelry are definitely a must have.
Q: Do you find it challenging to find unique styles in the USA?
A: Yes, although we have tons of stores and designers in this country, it’s hard to find clothes that are unique unless it’s designer and expensive, which for me makes it difficult. Once I wear it on the red carpet, you can’t wear it again without the tabloids talking bad about you. This is another reason why I love LFDV because I can wear it not only on the Red Carpet, but in everyday life and feel just as glamorous and beautiful as though I was going to a celebrity event.
Q: Do you ever shop in any stores here in the USA?
A: Yes, sometimes I’ll shop at Guess By Marciano, BeBe, BCBG. But, I have not been shopping in the last two years because I have been wearing LFDV! I am excited because I have a new shipment coming soon!

Calista Couture Mon Amour
As you probably know Wild Curves adores french fashioner Les Fees Du Vent (if you have not yet read why, go here). So, we wanted to examine a few of their pieces and show you just why we love it so! Like any good love affair, let’s begin at the forefront of this avant garde couture collection. We at Wild Curves believe that clothing has absolutely no appeal or style value unless it can complement, connect and color all assortments of curvy calibers. LFDV has achieved just that as it has a pretty grand spanking selection of sizes satisfying derrieres 34-48 (US 4-18). Their designs have also made a great many relationships with a smorgasbord of females because they are aware that not all women like the same styles and hence, you will find A-line, pencil, mini, debutante, sun, wrap, shirt, tunic, bubble etc. in skirts and dresses alike! When it comes to color, Les Fees du Vent has certainly found the pot of gold because their designs capture all shades of the rainbow no matter the season. You will not be forced to wear any hues of tradition – the color you choose will solely depend on your soulful desire at that very moment!
Now that we have you in the mood, we are ready to get even closer. Les Fees du Vent makes 10 flirtatious and poetic motifs for each season. Let’s get close and personal with a motif entitled “Calista”.
Whether you wear it as a mini dress or a tunic with leggings, there is no doubt that this is an unbelievably sexy piece and with no argument triply defines what we said about complementing, connecting, and coloring your seductive cheeks that have no choice but to smile in this handmade design! The red outlining, the scooped neckline brings attention to your bodacious boobs, while the rainbow of colors at the midriff give your waist a slinky embrace as well as provide a standing ovation to the provocative points! The flowers sitting at the bottom of the skirt draw the eye in to take the scent of your luscious thighs and the colors on the side of the arms creating an illusion of length. And this is just a taste of the front – wait till we discover the back!
We call the back “the open flower face” due to the face and flowers staring right back at you! This is truly a unique colorful design and most importantly in all the right places! If you take a closer look, you will notice that the colors are above and below the derriere therefore allowing your sexy curves to shine with every shape.
Grab a peek at another Calista collection dress but this time it’s all about the A-line. We all know why the particular shape of this dress is so appealing! Wear it with high boots and stand back because the compliments won’t stop coming your way!
The versatility on this dress is limitless! Wear it with a cropped jacket to work, later take that jacket off and you are ready for happy hour. Whether it’s Winter, Fall or even Spring – this dress works best!
Wild Curves will let you decide what you love most about this dress! Hint: Check out the colors and the complementing features on this item.
Last but not least: A Calista top and mini-skirt!
