Classic Strawberry-Basil Aperol Spritz
A fruity, herbaceous twist on a European classic (we can't help ourselves, it has to have a touch of Europe :)).

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Prosecco
• 2 oz Aperol
• 1 oz club soda
• 3 fresh strawberries (sliced) + 2 basil leaves
• Ice

Instructions:
Muddle the strawberries and basil in the bottom of a glass. Add ice, pour in the Aperol, Prosecco, and club soda. Stir gently and garnish with a whole strawberry!

• 0.5 cup coconut milk (canned for richness, or carton for a lighter drink)
• 1.5 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 juicy lime)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or agave (adjust to taste)
• Garnish: Lime wheel or a rim of toasted shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
It's easy

Shake: Combine coconut milk, lime juice, sweetener, and ice in a jar. Shake for 15 seconds.

Pour: Strain into a glass over fresh ice
