A: Domestic orders (continental USA) are typically delivered in 3-5 business days with "free shipping" option and in 1 day with "express shipping" option. International orders as well as orders going to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered within 6-10 business days.

Q: When can I return an item?
A: Return period is 14 days from the day the order was delivered unless otherwise specified in the item description. An email MUST be sent to info@wildcurves.com within the return period that informs us of your intention to return, the items being returned as well as the reason. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return after 14 day period passes.
 
Q: What are different return options?
A: We offer 2 return options: you may choose to either receive a store credit for the purchase price of the item and free return shipping, or a refund in your original form of payment minus a $8.95 shipping charge. Please note that these options exclude wholesale and buy-more-save-more orders (3 or more of the same product).

A: To ensure that your return is processed, complete the following steps:
  1. Pick a return option.
  2. Send an email informing of your intention to return to info@wildcurves.com. In the email, state which items you are returning, the reason for the return, and the return option you picked.
  3. After we receive your email, we'll send you a return shipping label and shipping instructions within 48 business hours. Return shipping labels are provided only to customers in USA, customers outside of USA must pay for shipping.
  4. Send the item(s) according to the instructions we provide to you in the reply.
 
Q: How soon will my return be processed?
A: Once return package is received by us, it takes 5-7 business days to inspect its contents and issue credit. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of return if articles were kept by the customer longer than 14 days of the date of delivery, visibly used, if they were returned degraded, dirty, visibly washed, without their original packing, or in a state not allowing to be put back on sale.
 
Q: How do I qualify for free return?
A: Please see return options section for details. There is no minimum order amount to qualify for free return shipping if store credit option is picked.

A: There isn't a penny of fees for returning items. We have eliminated the restocking fee! However, if one of the following happens:
  • A return was sent to us without any advance notification
  • There was at least a 14-day delay in sending us a return after shipping label was sent via email
we convert a refund to store credit and subtract $15 from the amount.

A: We reserve a right to refuse order cancelation before the customer receives it. The order is considered valid if it was submitted either via a website, or an email exchange or a phone call to customer service.

  2. Once you receive a reply confirming our intent to accept your exchange, send the item(s) IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING to the address that we will provide to you in the reply email.
  3. After we process your exchange, you will receive your new items in 3-5 business days. If new items are less expensive than the returned items, after the exchange is processed, credit will be issued for the difference in price within 3-5 business days. If new items are more expensive than the returned items, you have to pay in full for the new items and we will issue credit for the returned items within 3-5 business days.

A: You earn loyalty cash by following 2 easy steps: 1) complete a purchase on WildCurves.com; 2) create an account during checkout process or use existing account to sign in during checkout. After the purchase is complete, your loyalty cash balance will be positively adjusted within 3-5 business days. If you return an item, loyalty cash balance for that item will be deducted from your total loyalty cash balance within 3-5 business days.

A: We take the item price and divide it by 15. For example, if item is $89, it is worth $5.93 in loyalty cash. Sometimes we run special loyalty cash promos, so the way loyalty cash balance is calculated may change and you'll earn more loyalty cash.

A: In order to receive the $60 credit, the following conditions must be met:
  • Your friend has to click a link inside the invite email and complete a purchase
  • The amount of the purchase that is kept past return period must be at least $60 (exchanges are OK and are not subtracted from the total)
  • If the purchase is less than $60, then entire purchase must be kept
If above conditions are met, we'll distribute a $60 universal store credit to you within 5 business days of return period completion. That will be either new credit code if you don't already have one, otherwise we'll add more money to your existing credit.

A: In order for your item to be be bought back and for you to receive Wild Curves cash, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be in the new and unworn condition.
  • You must obtain authorization from us first. In order to do that, please Email Us the brand name and picture of the item. We will reply within 24-48 hours letting you know whether we can accept the item.
  • Original purchase receipt must be enclosed with the item.
  • The purchase must not be over 7 days old when you request the buyback.

A: We will do our best to match the price you originally paid for the item in its place of purchase, but ultimately we'll offer what's consistent with our pricing policies. If we are selling comparable item for a completely different price, that's more likely the price that will be offered.
