A: Domestic orders (continental USA) are typically delivered in 3-5 business days with "free shipping" option and in 1 day with "express shipping" option. International orders as well as orders going to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered within 6-10 business days.

Q: What is the process to return an item?
A: Depending on the number of days passed since the receipt of items, the following return options are available:
Days 1-14Refund (minus $12 return shipping) or WC Store Credit (free return shipping) - combinable with any active promo
Days 15-30WC Store Credit (free return shipping) - combinable with any active promo
Days 31-60WC Store Credit (minus $12 return shipping) for the amount of item's current sale price - not combinable with any active promo

To ensure that your return is processed, complete the following steps:
  1. Pick a return option from the table above.
  2. Send an email informing of your intention to return to info@wildcurves.com. In the email, state which items you are returning, the reason for the return, and the return option you picked.
  3. After we receive your email, we'll send you a return shipping label and shipping instructions within 48 business hours. Return shipping labels are provided only to customers in continental USA. Customers outside of continental USA need to cover return shipping but we do not deduct $12. Returns made for a previously used store credit are subject to $12 deduction and that credit will no longer be combinable with other promos. We do not refund shipping charges, and for orders outside of USA we do not refund customs fees. Frivolous returns are subjects to additional restrictions.
  4. Send the item(s) according to the instructions we provide to you in the reply.
 
Q: How soon will my return be processed?
A: Once return package is received by us, it takes 5-7 business days to inspect its contents and issue credit. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of return if articles were kept by the customer longer than the number of days allowed by the return option picked, visibly used, if they were returned degraded, dirty, visibly washed, without their original packing, or in a state not allowing to be put back on sale.
 
Q: Can I cancel my order before it arrives?
A: We reserve a right to refuse order cancelation before the customer receives it. This applies to orders for both items that ship immediately and items that require production time and take longer to ship. The order is considered valid if it was submitted either via a website, or an email exchange or a phone call to customer service.
 
Q: What is the process for a direct exchange?
A: Period for direct exchange is 30 days from the day the order was delivered. Exchanges are subjects to the following restrictions:
  • If item was received via an exchange, it can no longer be returned for a refund. It can only be further exchanged or returned for WC store credit.
  • If item was purchased as part of a promotion, it can only be exchanged if the same promotion is still currently active. If promotion has ended, the item can be returned for WC credit that can be used towards purchase of a new item.
To ensure that your exchange is processed, complete the following steps:
  1. Send an email informing of your intention to exchange to info@wildcurves.com. In the email, state which items you are exchanging and the items you are exchanging them for.
  2. After we receive your email, we'll send you an authorization if the exchange is possible together with a return shipping label and shipping instructions within 48 business hours. Return shipping labels are provided only to customers in USA, customers outside of USA must pay for shipping.

A: We process exchanges immediately. However, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange of articles that were kept by the customer longer than 30 days from the date of delivery, visibly used, or were mailed back degraded, dirty, without their original packing, or in a state not allowing to be put back on sale.
 
Q: Are there any extra fees for large returns?
A: Large orders cost us more in shipping back and forth. We ship fast and ask that when you place a large order, you make the best effort to find the right fit. In the event that you do have to make a large return in the amount over $650, we will deduct 10% of the original order amount from the amount of refund. This does not apply to exchanges.
 
Q: Are there any items that are not returnable?
A: We do not accept returns for bulk discount/wholesale orders. We also do not except returns for the items from the following categories: masks, pantyhose (hosiery), swimwear, scarves, and kids' clothing. Everything else can be returned in accordance with the return policy.
